Back Yard Bible School

The two churches we have been visiting for a few months joined together with Hope House (a new organization for families in need) and put on a Back Yard Bible School event in a poorer area of Bowling Green. It was in a big open field and kids just started coming over obviously to see what was going on. It was basically like any other VBS only we went to the people. There was a great turn out and the first day some one came to salvation. It is such a blessing to me to do things like this. I love being involved with what the Lord has planned and reaching out to the community. The Lord is using both of these churches to reach out to people and show them God's love and mercy. The pictures below are out of order so if you want to start at the bottom you can. :-) Praising Jesus!
Right before worship and our Bible Lesson the kids got snacks and of course Isaac had to have a snack as well, it was a pop tart (yay! if you know Abe and I it wasn't very exciting for us) AND it was a CHOCOLATE pop tart!! Crazy!
